TO RUN CIRCUIT FOR THE SEPTIC PUMP AS PER QUOTE. TESTED FOR PROPER OPERATION.
FOUND (1) CEILING FAN ON THE BACK PORCH WITH A LOOSE FAN BLADE AND REPAIRED. FOUND (1) CEILING FAN IN THE MASTER BEDROOM WITH A LOOSE BRACKET AND (2) LOOSE FAN BLADES. REPAIRED AND TESTED FOR PROPER OPERATION.
TO INSPECT ELECTRICAL ISSUE. FOUND THE BREAKER TO THE FURNACE NEEDING TO BE UPGRADED. INSTALLED (1) 100AMP BREAKER. ALSO INSPECTED A CEILING FAN SWITCH. RETURNED ON 1/21/25 TO REPLACE THE 100AMP BREAKER WITH A 90AMP BREAKER. TESTED FOR PROPER OPERATION.
REPAIRED THE LANDSCAPE LIGHTING, RUN POWER FOR THE HOT TUB, INSTALLED (1) 15AMP GFI, AND INSTALLED (1) 60AMP GFI BREAKER. TESTED FOR PROPER OPERATION.
