I will never use this service again after calling to voice my concern I was told a supervisor would call me back that never happened! So on top of the bad customer service it obviously makes no difference to the company! That’s probably why you only get an average of three stars on yelp!

I don't like to fix things that aren't broken. Chris clearly explained why we should maintain our air conditioner the way he advised. That is a talent I really appreciate. And I HATE a snake oil salesmen! Which he wasn't .
