James and his crew were very professional and knowledgable. they did their work and left us with good running water and no leaks! i do have one issue with one of the workers. he smoked outside while he was at our home. we are non smokers, and the smoke did come in the house since the doors and windows were open.

Trevor first of all was very punctual, when he said he would be at my home in 10 minutes, he was on time, and arrived on the time slot provided.
