From a referral I contacted Alpha and got a same day appt! Greg and his assistant made an assessment of my unit and was told it wasn't working as best it could. Alpha Hearing and Air were AWESOME!!! We called the day after our unit went out. It was 115 degrees!! They prioritized their schedule to work on cooling problems only. Within 3 hours Drake showed up and fixed our unit. Drake was professional, knowledgeable, honest and kind. We were so impressed with Drake's commitment and work ethic that we signed up for the "twice a year inspection" offer. THANK YOU guys for having integrity!!!
