Ambassador replaced our 17 years old furnace in the beginning of this January – it let us down in the middle of the winter (the New Year Eve). We were not aware of this company. Some friends have referred them to us. Ambassador met our expectations from all points of view. They were very professional and quick to address the issue. It took them less than one day to get the work done. The price was right/fair. Just to give you an idea their quote was roughly 30% below the highest quote that we got from a major provider in the Ottawa area. The advice from the sales person, Bob, was sound. Their technicians showed up on time to install the furnace and have done the work as planed. No problem came up in almost a month after the installation. On the customer service front, they have submitted the paper work for the Ontario rebate program as well as for the manufacturer’s warranty, as promised. To sum up, I am strongly recommending them.
