Arrived on site to perform cooling maintenance on Goodman split system. Data tag states unit was manufactured in 2004 and uses R-22. Customer is considering replacement of unit near August, but not interested at this time. Disconnected indoor unit and checked fan blade and motor condition. Also checked electrical connections and capacitor. Found no issues. Reconnected power. Checked amperage on indoor unit and recorded indoor air temperatures. Went outside and checked refrigerant levels and electrical components and connections. Customer was already aware but I noticed a cement block on the CFM. When the block is removed the CFM has a very bad wobble. Customer is not interested in repairs. No issues found at this time, all work is complete.
