On arrival noted that thermostat is blank. Found no power to system, circuit breaker tripped. Checked for grounded components, everything looks ok. Reapplied power and breaker trips as soon as contactor closes. Removed compressor from circuit and reset breaker. Everything else working properly, issue is internal to compressor. Quoted to replace compressor. Customer approved quote, need to order parts Returned with new compressor Recovered refrigerant from system, removed compressor, installed new compressor, pressure tested for leaks, evacuated system, added refrigerant to system according to data tag, ran system and completed checklist. Everything working normally at this time.
Arrived on site and was shown large swamp cooler on left side of building. Customer states system has been down a while with water flow issues and undersized pump. Shut system down to find pan dry with debris, belts in very poor condition coming apart, severely undersized pump incapable of supplying unit with correct water flow, and was shown leaking water supply lines going to system. This unit will need a lot of work and needs parts to operate correctly. Suggest customer have plumber redo water supply line before proceeding with work. Will provide quotes for repairs and will provide additional quote to rerun water if customer would prefer. Cannot proceed any further at this point without correctly sized commercial pump and water to system. Unit will remain down until repairs are made.
Performed cooling maintenance on split air conditioner system. Checked all motor amperages, capacitor ratings, and refrigerant pressures. Unit is 8 years old. Recommended adding AC renew oil additive for system lubrication and performance improvement. Recommended having a surge protector installed. Also spoke to home owner about a VIP membership.
Upon arrival homeowner informed me they were getting very little air and at night it would get cold. After inspection I found the supply duct had been ripped off likely from a stray cat which the homeowner has said they have a hard time keeping them out from under the house. I reattached the supply trunk and tested operation system is heating and is now blowing more air through out the house.

Arrived on site made contact with maintenance, took pics and asked / answered questions. Need to contact water company out in peach for incoming water pressure prior to back flow / prv. Told maintenance making pipe 4 inch will get more volume of water but no Guarantee it’ll increase pressure. Done for now going over job with Robert.
