Was scheduled for a Tuesday, but we're able to work us in on Monday really appreciated the speed and service. Cleaned everything up before they left looked so nice. The installers were very friendly and explained everything. Would highly recommend this company again. Thanks.

So glad he was our technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. In and out....didn’t drag it out. Offered a few different products and services but wasn’t pushy at all making it a painless experience! I will use them again. Arrived on site. Checked in with management. Inspected ice machine. Found ice machine cycling long harvest cycles. Replaced ice thickness sensor provided by management. Cycled system into freeze mode. Checked temperatures across hot gas bypass valve. Found hot gas valve bleeding refrigerant through. Checked pressures. Pressures are within range. System is cycling properly at this time. Hot gas bypass valve will need to be replaced. Ice is unable to freeze completely at this time. Quotes will follow.

On arrival found unit with no signal from FAU due to bad wires in loop adjust wiring and restart to find system in test mode Found system can not be communicated with 24v Adjust wiring for communication unit 1 and 2 Install transformer inside condenser Program unit using cloud app Charge unit in charge mode. Add 1lb r410 Unit running and cooling at this time of installation Recommend follow to recheck pressure in 2 week

To install a customer supplied temp control. Ambient Edge does not warranty customer supplied parts. This quote to include travel. Returned to site. Checked in with management. Turned unit off. Unplugged unit. Removed temp controller. Installed new temp controller. Plugged main power back into system. Turned unit on. System kicked into cooling mode properly. Waited for system to achieve desired temp. System is cooling properly at this time.
Arrived on site. Checked in with management. Inspected deli case. Found deli case attempting to start first compressor, then when second compressor would attempt to start system with shut down on safety. Found control throwing low-voltage symbols. Called Darren for tech-support. Found 20 amp breaker had been sharing a pole with another breaker, causing low-voltage for deli case. Replaced deli case 20 amp breaker to its own pole. Found controller for Delhi case had been burnt out from low-voltage. Replaced controller for deli case. Cycled system back on. System is performing properly at this time. Darren will be sending a new controller for deli case to Ambient Edge office. New controller will be swapped after time of arrival.
Arrived on site and inspected shower. 60x32x74 standard unit. Gave estimates for customer provided shower install and jetted tub install. Customer liked estimates. Gave all proper specs to customer. He will order kit and fixtures needed and will call us when ready to install. Shower will be first priority. Emailed all estimates to customer. Customer satisfied with todays service.
Performed cooling maintenance on split air conditioner system. Checked all motor amperages, capacitor ratings, and refrigerant pressures. System is 6 years old and is working well at this time. Recommended having AC renew oil additive installed into system for lubrication and performance improvement. Also recommended having a surge protector installed. Spoke to home owner about a VIP membership.

Tankless install: Install customer supplied rheem tankless, drain / remove existing equipment mount on wall re plumb hot and cold to new equipment. Power pulled: Cut 2 squares in drywall at power panel install 3 new 40 amp breakers pull wire to tankless location. No warranty on customer supplied equipment. 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Couldn’t find 3 rd breaker, Ordered breaker arrival Friday called customer customer is busy Friday please schedule on Monday the 20 th. Arrived on site installed customer supplied electrical tankless, pulled 3 strains of 8 wire on 3 double pull 40 amp breakers. Tested equipment up to code.
Turn water off to whole home remove / install new 3 handle shower valve / tub spout. Install new strapping / connections. Warranty 2 years Arrived on site shut water down removed backing panel. Cut out existing shower / tub installed new shower / tub with shower head. Caulked all fitting turned
