Arrived on site and checked in with manager, went to roof to diagnose second unit. Found no line voltage to unit, checked fuses at disconnect and found two blown fuses. Checked all motors windings and found compressor grounded. Compressor will require replacement before I am able to fully diagnose system. Please advise there may be a restriction in the coils or meter devise upon completion, more quotes may follow. Also, found condenser fan motor leaking oil from bearing failure, evaporator and condenser coil require cleaning, blower wheel and housing assembly require cleaning, disconnect fuses x3 need replaced and contactor is pitted. Highly recommend replacement of unit due to age and phased out r22. Also, I highly recommend customer get on a maintenance plan for the future, it doesn’t appear the systems have been maintained.
