Service was professional and informative. As an afterthought though, I thought I was signed up for a maintenance plan with Mojave Air. Did that carry over to Ambient Air? There was a military discount associated with the plan also.

Jaden did a great job with my Spring HVAC Service. He did a thorough inspection of the system. He found two items where he recommended replacement or vigilance for a possible failure. He gave me an estimate for both items and I chose to have them done today. He had all the parts with him on the truck and completed the work quickly and professionally. Jaden was very polite, friendly and professional. Great Job!

Arrived on site, notes stated to get access to home keys would be in lockbox next to the garage, diagnosed unit and found that furnace was not operational, I finagled furnace and found j was getting voltage in but not sending voltage for unit to operate, I tested blower motor and blower motor worked, circuit board is bad will need to replace circuit board, I also found that unit needs new sediment trap built and installed to bring unit up to code, also unit needs new secondary float switch they have the pan already but they need the switch. Customer approved to have a comfort consultant come out and give him quotes for replacement of furnace.

Arrived on site proceed with my maintenance unit is doing what it supposed to calling the house as it should only things under specs was a capacitor for the compressor. Spoke to customer wants to give them an estimate he was doing a broadcast so he just wanted us to do the maintenance for him. And to send him an estimate

Arrived on site, checked in with customer and begun inspection, found units breaker tripped and tested compressor, compressors windings are shorted to ground and not operable, called to see availability of compressor and supply house stated it’s obsolete and isn’t made anymore so replacement was the best option, presented that information to customer and she wanted a sales visit, called office and got one set up, collected dispatch fee and checked out.

Arrived on site and checked in with customer. Inspected upstairs air handler for noise and water issue. Found noise was coming from a slip of card stock wedged within the blower housing. Removed paper and noice ceased. Discovered that primary and secondary drain had been switched and unit was draining directly into the garage. Changed routing of lines back to proper locations, primary drain will now lead outside. Checked system operation and found it within range. System operational at the end of service, issues resolved at this time. Bill install.

Arrived on site and checked in with rob, begun inspection on unit 107, found unit slowly draining, vacuumed out gunk in line set and blew it out with nitro, units drain pan is rusting out but instead of repair the mod would like a replacement estimate, dumped about a gallon of water and watched to ensure it drained, checked out.

Arrived on site spoke to the customer. Customer said that the unit was running fine before we did our maintenance. After checking the whole unit we noticed that the compressor and my suction line were getting frozen went up into the attic blower was not running tested my blower, my capacitor, and they were working good checked the motherboard and is not sending power to the blower to turn on the motherboard is bad. Customer is upset and said she was going to try and do it through her home warranty.but if anything will let us know when if she wants us to go back

Arrived on site, unit was recently installed. After gauging up, system was overcharged. I had to recover close to two lbs of refrigerant, and make a few changes on the T-stat. System is now up and running. I would recommend that we fix the condensation line, it’s not connected to the original line that comes from the building. Would like to possibly see if we can get a person to check the front duct in the main office. It seems like it’s not connected to a unit, and they would like to see how to get that one working. Arrived on site met with home owner, I found that they had a collapsed duct restricting the blower causing the unit to freeze and not cool, customer will need to get return fixed before I can fully diagnose unit.

Arrived on site met with home owner, customer stated unit would short cycle during the hot times of the day, diagnosed unit and found that unit was low on refrigerant, there are some oil residue on the condenser coil, customer didn’t want to add dye and have use come back and look for it, he would like to take his chances and topping off unit. Customer is not interested in vip at the moment.

Upon inspection technician found leaks in the condenser coil, it will need to be replaced. Evacuate charge, replace condenser coil, recharge to factory specs. Arrived on site met with home owner, replaced old condenser coil for new coil, replaced filter dryer and, vacuumed unit bellow 500microns, and charged unit to factory charge. House has a great 20 degree split, home was 95 when arrived to work on unit, it was 89 when I left home. Unit is working as designed.

Time in: 7:10 pm Time out:7:21pm Arrived on site and checked in with the third party and manager on duty. Explained that due to the thunderstorm and lightning I will need to reschedule this call. Arrived on site checked in with brinco and mod. Third party stated RTU 5 was not cooling, proceeded to the roof. Upon inspection of RTU 5 everything was running and operational, the unit was cooling. Talked to mod and stated everything was good no issue with the A/C. Confirmed with EMS that the unit is operational. RTU 5 is running as designed no issues to report, checked out with all parties. 1364672

Arrived on site checked in with Saul, he stated that the drain pan was full of water and overflowing. Inspected the unit, opened up the evaporator side noticed the pan was full. Cleaned out the primary drain and blow nitrogen, a lot of debris came out the p trap, it was clogged. Now the drain is working, inspected the other end of the drain and water was coming out. Repositioned the float switch closer to the corner. Unit is running, no issues to report for now.

Upon inspection found condenser fan motor overamping, CFM capacitor reading out of range, evaporator coil dirty, and unit missing filters. Clean evaporator coil with nitrogen, install air filters, replace condenser fan motor and corresponding capacitor. Test unit for proper operation. Wrong motor ordered. I submitted parts order sheet for proper motor 2:46 Replacement CFM will call JS Sunset Arrived on site was able to replace condenser fan motor and capacitor test unit for proper operation. Condenser fan motor is doing what you’re supposed to know for the quotes necessary.
