I was very pleased with the service of Rick Miller. He noticed that my air filter was wet so he did some exploring. He found the source to be coming from the attached humidifier. He further educated me to understand that this humidifier should be turned off in the summer and that it had a filter that should be changed annually. My filter was filthy and had mold. I'm extremely relieved to now have that filter removed from the system. Rick Miller explained everything he did and found. I will certainly use American Weathermakers each season to keep my heating and cooling systems in prime order.
