Our service tech (Dan) showed up and got right to work. Not only did he know what the problem was quickly but took time to explain what he was doing and what he was looking for (gauge readings and such). A/C was blowing ice cold shortly after he replaced the NG component but he still ensured the system was properly charged and functioning. Thanks for a great experience.

Steve explained in detail his recommendations. He gave me info about the likely life of my aging AC unit, that it may need replacement in the next few years. He suggested I not put a lot of money into repairs and instead that I can begin to plan ahead for a future even more energy-efficient unit. I appreciated his care and his honesty! And I will call Anton's when I am ready for my next AC.
