Arrived on time. Was respectful to put on shoes so as not to dory my floor. Triaged the situation and then explained in “regular terms” what needed to be done. Performed the required repairs, explained what was done pointing out the cause of the issue. After he was done, he cleaned Up the area and provided additional guidance in how to move forward (leave cabinet open so the area could fully dry). Great experience.
