A 4x4 gang box was installed here.
Performed furnace tuneup cleaned out system and verified system is operating according to manufacturer specifications.
An A/C tune up was performed. The system is running properly at this time.
THe condenser fan motor and capacitor were replaced. The unit is operating correctly at this time.
This customer wants an estimate for a new unit.
The wiring in the condenser was chewed up (literally), so the fan motor was not working. It was replaced.
A new toilet was installed. It works perfectly.
