I was surprised that our technician went the extra mile to check our registers for dust went into the crawlspace and basically did a terrific job- best ever. Having dedicated staff surely keeps your customers. He even wanted to know the names of our neighbors because their air conditioner is very old and rusty!

How would I know how great his service is until I see how well the system operates in the cooling season. (Thus the reason for an average rating.) He was pleasant and respectful; did his job in an orderly and expedited fashion. I did not think he took as much time for the service as those in the past. I had to ask how far down in the cooling setting he tested...not so far as in the past.
