Sam showed up when he said he would, went right to work, did a great job, highlighted other potential problems and what we might do to enhance our system's performance. However, he did not push, just told us what he saw and what we might consider.

I was glad to receive the call in advance, as I had forgotten about the appointment. The representative arrived on time, went quickly to work, answered questions completely and pointed out a couple of items that we needed to watch. He is was friendly and was careful to cover his shoes whenever he came into the house. Great service, as usual!

Checked motors, capacitors, burners, flame sensor, vacuum switch and tubing, limits, blower, filter, gas valve, flu, UV. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Rewire humidifier. Everything working properly
Service on gas furnace check blower motor and capacitor check filter check thermostat check inducer motor check heat exchanger, all safety switches working good, everything working but no sure how long it’s work due to age and shape.
Clean humidifier and put new pad and test,replace u v light and test all working good on heat.

No hot water. Found the flame sensor dirty. Cleaned and tested upon completion. All good now.
Checked motors, capacitors, contactor, filter, coils, drain, refrigerant, blower, thermostat. Found contactor pitting and dual capacitor weak. Start and check system. Everything working properly.
Repair on carrier ac system and quote for replacement.
Checked motors, capacitors, filter, contactor, coils, drain, blower, thermostat, wiring, refrigerant. Compressor is drawing higher than normal amperage at start up and during the ru cycle. Everything is working at this time
