Time is a real professional. In addition to arriving and completing his checks in a a timely fashion, he offer suggestions that either I can do, or pay to have done that will potentially avoid issues in the future. Examples like, re-taping loose insulation on the unit in the attic and pointing out, helping level units and suggestion on cleaning out the bottom of units and no allowing grass to get too long around it.

After diagnose found bad fan motor,will come back and replace.
Checked motors, capacitors, burners, igniter, flame sensor, wiring, drain, blower, thermostat, filters,. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Everything working properly
Checked motors, capacitors, filters, wiring, thermostats, elements, sequencers, refrigerant, defrost, contactor. Everything working properly
Service on heat pump and air handler check auxiliary heat and blower motor and compressor check thermostat check capacitor check filter check coils and all electrical wires everything working good on heat.

Installed contactor and dual capacitor on the Payne system and contactor on the Rheem system. Everything working properly
Service on Goodman air conditioning system and thermostat and drain line check freon and cap and compressor blower motor and all safety switch all working good now

Maintenance on 3 heat pump systems.
Found temperature and pressure valve leaking. Replaced and tested for leaks none at this time. Also bled air from boiler system. All good at this time.
