Tim has by far been the best tech we have had come out to our house, although the other techs have been great, Tim was very personable, caring, honest, and top notch! We will be requesting him for now on to do our check-ups on our unit!

Plumbing inspection, all functioning properly at this time.
Checked motors, capacitors, blower, filters, pressures, pressure switches and tubing, filters, flue. Repaired strap on flex duct. Everything working properly

Install new contactor, customer purchased a new gas furnace and air conditioning system.

Ac check. Found system operating but aging.
Installed expansion tank on top of water heater.

Gas furnace check x2. Found uv bulbs out and replaced one and had to replace uv fixture on basement system. All good at this time.
