Service on 3 heating systems clean furnace clean filter clean flame sensor check heat exchanger check blower motor and inducer motor check thermostat freon compressor and all electrical wires auxiliary heat all working good on heat.
Checked motors, capacitors, coils, refrigerant, wiring, defrost, blower, filters, contactor, elements, thermostat. Installed new dual capacitor on the outdoor unit. Everything working properly

Replaced fan motor and contactor. Tested upon completion. All good at this time.
Maintenance visit and plumbing inspection. Found motor bearings failing and contactor burning out. Customer agreed to have both replaced. Ordered parts will return to replace.
