Magnificent, outstanding, wonderful service I have tried several other services to repair my air conditioning with heat pump unit to no avail however I contacted ass for cool AC and received a very warm and kind greetings from one of their teammate I was contacted by there representative he gave me a service window which he achieved he then perform diagnostics I’m finally finally we received results I truly appreciate the professionalism and the type of work that asked for cool AC performed for me They repaired my unit at a reasonable price and they are truly professionals they understand this business please give ask for cool AC and opportunity to perform and show you the magnificent skills that they have they are great I will definitely use them again thank you ask for cool AC for finally getting my AC with heat pump working and working properly thank you again Marvin

Customer called about unit dripping water. Check and found dirty coil and damaged insulation. Cleaned coil, flush drain, armor flexed pipes and apply Kilz.
Customer called unit not cooling. Checked and recommend to install a new unit, due to condition of air handler. Customer ok job. Installed a 5 ton high efficiency Trane unit.
Customer called about a/c not cooling, quoted customer on new Trane system. Old unit has leak in cool.
