Overall good experience! Unfortunately, we were not anticipating the added expense for a breaker upgrade… that we didn’t end-up needing. The guys provided a surge protector for outdoors; however, I’m not sure that this was a suitable compromise for the extra $200 we’re financing.

John D, Jamie and Tyler did an amazing job. They laid drop clothes throughout the entire work area. Vacuuming up all debret. Attention to detail was second to none. I had quotes from 3 companies. Atlas identified a problems that the others missed one of which was the lack of air returns on the second floor. We can feel the difference on the way up the stairs. Our new unit is working half as hard as the old system saving us money on our electric bill for the life of the system. I'm keeping Atlas for the maintenance as well. Financing was a breeze with lower interest than the other companies. You will not regret going with Atlas. Bill

My overall experience with Atlas was exceptional from my call to setup the Service Call to the technician that performed the Service. I would like to say thank for the exceptional service and technical expertise provided by your Atlas Service Technician. He was very thorough and patient. He explained actions that he was taking and informed me of my options when it came to replacing parts that were needed. It was refreshing to have a technician that was able to explain why a part replacement was necessary versus the regular "You need to replace this or else". Again, thank you.
