Replaced duct work and added additional return duct to hallway.
Installed 16 SEER Payne gas heat up-flow complete system.
Installed 4 TON Mitsubishi 3 Zone Heat pump mini-split system
Found compressor not running due to capacitor being bad, Replaced capacitor and added start kit.
Performed A/C checks on 3 systems. Found upstairs system that had evaporator coil recently replaced with float switch not properly installed. Will return to replace float switch. Rest of systems operating properly.
Found system freezing due to being low on freon. Added leak stop and re-charged system with freon. Also installed safety float to over-flow pan, adjusted drain line to flow better and balanced damper system to operate properly.
