Unfortunately, I should not of had to call Autumn Air. The new unit was installed less than a year ago, and already needed a new part. I will add however, when I called them it was Sunday and they answered and put me in touch with a technician. Frank arrived the next morning on time and diagnosed the bad capacitor immediately.

Hello Tom, it is always unfortunate when a unit needs a part replaced. Ordinarily units should not need any servicing within that first year of being installed. However with Amana, you get a great warranty on parts and compressor. We were glad to come out and help get the unit fixed up and that part changed out with the warranty.
