I first used Autumn Air for a service call & then got a maintenance plan on my unit. I replaced the old unit when I sold the home & Autumn Air worked a good deal on the new unit. The remaining term on the original maintenance contract transferred to my new home with just a phone call. Everyone at the company was always courteous and friendly and knowledgeable; and very importantly, always returned my calls in a timely manner.
