Frank arrived at our door, in uniform with name tag, hair combed, looking ready to work. Greeted use with a smile and tools inhand to due his job. Asked questions like any hit spots I migjt have, teseted air temp at different vents, then ibto the attic to inspect our unit...everything looked good, he recommended a part that would shut the unit off it there was ever an overflow. Checked out the unit outside, cleaned the coils etc.. Everything checked out OK. Frank returned everything to his truck, filled out paperwork, explained what he had done, we signed it... He Thanked us and said he would see us in the fall. As said if we had questions before it was time to check unit out, just give them a call. They are there for us.
