I had used Black Diamond on my own property for over 10 years..so when my other property experiences issues with HVAC I always call them...as usual, the service was prompt and well done. They may not be the cheapest but I’ve always been treated well and their workmanship is excellent. New AC was due...over 14 yrs old unit...and they were able to diagnose and replace in 48 hours. My tenant is happy and so am I. And they were able to handle it all over the phone and email since I no longer live in Illinois

Our service technician was efficient, and timely. He kept us informed while he was there and was extremely professional. I had an emergency call on a Saturday afternoon and someone was at my door within an hour. My only complaint was that I thought the price was a bit high for what was done. I realize after hours pricing but over $400 to replace 2 valves seemed excessive.

We first had David Guse as our Black Diamond plumber in December 2015. At that time he was able to fix our Shower faucet using a method no other plumber from the company had ever used. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Today, February 23, 2016, our other shower experienced the same problem. Again, we had David come and using the same method fixed the problem saving us several hundred dollars from the standard method. We are 100% satisfied!
