When the a/c went out on a Saturday night, I was worried. I called Bailey's answering service and the technician called me back within 30 minutes. I told him he did not have to come so late on a Saturday night (he offered) so he was here exactly when he said he would be Sunday morning AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Had the parts on the truck and the a/c was repaired in less than and hour! Tanner S was friendly, clean, thorough, and knowledgeable.
