Purchased a new a c unit. Was installed in less than a week.Day one when installers were done the unit would not connect ,some simple reason, . Ken called and asked if we wanted a space heater as it was to be very cold that night. NOW who do you know of ANY company that would do that and not charge????? The men were out the next morning and the unit was working. Is an excellent unit so quiet can't even hear when it's running. Was little more expensive than planned but, Ken worked out a financing that I can afford. .It gets the house warmer in 1 hour than the old unit did in 2. LOVE IT LOVE IT. Ken also has an excellent yearly service plan you can't go wrong with Ken Baker.
