All around great. Timely call prior to arrival. Pointed out an issue beyond scope of work (dead mice in basement) that I wasn't aware of. Re-explained protection plan. Answered questions about recommended service (duct-cleaning). And performed intended maintenance check pretty swiftly and quietly.

We purchased both the Rinnai and Lennox from Barron's when we remodeled our home in Late Spring of 2013. Have had them come out on their Silver Service every May and have absolutely no complaints, with them or the equipment we purchase.

Very nice kid. Encountered an issue with our furnace, but kept at it, accessing help from office, until he figured it out and fixed it. There wasn’t even any cussing or blood, which is why I have Barrons service our heater instead of my husband.
