Barron has an exceptional service program and people. We had an appointment for annual service for our gas fireplaces and ductless hvac system on Monday: on Friday we got a call confirming the appointment and hours, and advising us that our service tech would be wearing a respirator and following CDC guidelines. On Monday, Dan, our tech, called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived at the expected time, came wearing a respirator, proceeded to perform all service efficiently and professionally, and even updated us along the way with a full report of equipment condition. In the last couple of months we’ve had service calls from a variety of service providers, including phone, internet, and water filtration, and have experienced missed appointments, late arrivals, no calls, no masks, and minimal care for social distancing. On more than one occasion my wife and I have ended up saying something to each other like, “now if it had been Barron, they would have...” Kudos to your service team, from phone answering and scheduling to service techs, and kudos to Barron for investing in hiring good people and training them well.
