I lucked into hearing about Bartlett from one of the most picky, detail-oriented people I know so I was confident from the beginning. For one thing I never felt I was constantly being “sold” to. Every single person on the Bartlett team has been a delight to work with. They helped us evaluate what we actually needed- and we ended up getting a smaller system than we thought we needed. As I sit here in our gloriously cool house, with a basement cleaner than when they got here (ha!) I am very grateful that my detail freak friend saw my whining Facebook post and recommended Bartlett. I’m not kidding. This is a different kind of company. I could not be happier.
