Our previous system had been giving us problems for years. We finally broke down an decided to do something other than pay for repairs. I requested a quote from several companies. Basset HBAC came out gave us a quote and we chose them. My home had been freezing for months. After the new install by Eric and Ryan my home was warm within 20 minutes of firing up the new system. In fact I had to turn the heat down. Eric and Ryan were very curteous and cleaned up their mess as they worked. They were very polite in answering all of my questions. I will request them when I have my air replaced as well. I give them a 10 out of 10! Job done very well.
