Josh was knowledgable and very helpful in quickly diagnosing and fixing our problem. He was also able to get our thermostat fixed to connect to the internet, which it hasn’t done since it was new. We still have cold spots in our house that the new furnace doesn’t address but Josh had some suggestions for improvement that we will utilize. He was, by far, the best technician we have ever had from Basset.

Bassett has performed twice annual service and cleaning on our geothermal unit for the past several years. Their technicians are very knowledgeable on the operation and maintenance of our system and keep it in excellent condition. Kaleb, the tech who performed the service this fall, is a very competent professional.
