Chase Deakle came today to service our equipment. My husband was here and he remarked on the professionalism Chase displayed while in our home. Chase was very courteous and knowledgeable in what needed to be done. Our experience with Batchelor started with discussions with Tim James regarding the purchase of a generator. Tim made what had been confusion and burdensome in dealing with another company simple. He simply said leave the deliver and set up to Batchelor. What a relief. Tim made a lasting impression regarding what kind of service to expect from Batchelor.
