Found first Florida heat pump low on charge. Added two lbs. of R22. Leak checked and found no leaks at this time. Schrader valve caps were left off and I put back on when done. Second system had a bad capacitor. Replaced with new capacitor and verified proper operation. Blew drain line out on each unit. Recommend both ductless systems evaporators and condensers be cleaned. Evaporators and blower wheels need it as soon as possible.
