Checked operation of unit. Found that unit drain line was clogged. On a clogged drain line and checked static pressures. Found that most filters in house were dirty or impacted to some degree. Changed out dirty filters with what customer had on hand and instructed customer to get and change filters as soon as possible. Unit is running normally at this time.
