Condenser motor not starting with call for cooling. Have to start motor with screwdriver with a spin. Fan amp draw is okay rated at 1.8 amps pulling 1.6. Dual run capacitor for fan site is 10 microfarad reading 10 microfarads. Can hear bearings making noise in condenser fan and fan motor is very warm to the touch.
