Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils as well as drain line and fan blades. Treated drain pan and drain line with antimicrobial agent. Checked all electrical connections and amp draws as well as refrigerant circuit pressures and temperatures and Checked gas system heating functions. Condensing unit fan and compressor are pulling high amps with a good capacitor and unit had high head pressure. Believe high heat pressure and compressor amps are caused by slow spinning fan not exhausting heat from refrigerant. Placed order for new fan motor. System is under part warranty and customer is aware that labor and warranty processing fee will still apply after work is done. After fan has been changed we will check the system functions and ensure everything is good, but will let customer of further issues should there be any.
