Found the system no working on arrival due to the condensate pump lost power. Ran an extension cord to the pump per the customers request. Found a 3 degree sub cooling. Added 3 lbs of 410a and brought the system to a designed 8 degree subcooling with a 17 degree temperature split. Mastic sealed around some supply ducts connected to the supply plenum. Unable to get all the joints due to the limited access. The duct work is bunched together after the zone dampers.
