Found float switch failed. Secondary filled and was overflowing. Secondary switch was not located deep enough to shut system down. Replaced bad float and adjusted Secondary pan and switch. System is tested and working properly now. Cleaned , flushed and treated drain. Customer ( Owner ) would rather office call to collect for repair.
