Customer called due to system not operating customer explained they had a power surge and unit stopped operating. Customer has had system off since Thursday. Turned system on in cooling everything came on and operated checked system operations in cooling all ok system operating and draining correctly at this time. Explained to customer when power surge happened system may have ran backwards and shut off didn't find anything wrong with system at this time.
