Home inspector stated heat pump leaving are temperatures different coming out of each vent. Started heat pump and ran. Check refrigerant charge system charge is fine. Upon startup indoor temperature was 58 degrees Fahrenheit. After running for about 10 minutes. Leaving air temperature was approximately 102 degrees. Leaving air temperature on unit with heat strips went to 113. House did warm up to 64 degrees while I was there and leaving air temperature increased accordingly to 107 degrees. There is a variance of 2 to 3 degrees I mean out of each vent. This is normal. System is operating normally at this time
