Lisa telephone me in February to remind me of the annual servicing for our HVAC units. Schedule was a mess so I promised to call her back to arrange the appointment with Keith. I returned Lisa's call in March. Within days, I was able to get on Keith's schedule. Keith showed up on time and again demonstrated his professionalism and technical acumen in servicing the units. Keith explained the financing and technical specifications on a possible, future purchase to replace one unit. I remain very happy with Bay Care, Lisa and Keith. See Keith again next spring.
