The two technicians that came today were friendly & professional. We have a concern that we needed this repair when the entire system was installed less than a year ago. Also, at that time a new air filter was not installed than nor in Feb when the previous one should have been changed, according to the information gathered by the technicians. We’ve always used Bay Area, but these last two incidents are making us rethink if we should engage a new company.
