On 04 October 2018 Mr. Steve Fitzgerald arrived at 11588 W. Kingfisher Ct. (Islands Unit 187) to correct an install problem and non-working a/c unit. Mr. Fitzgerald quickly surmised the problem and began work to correct an awful situation as this unit was very poorly installed rather hastily by whoever installed this new a/c unit after the floor of 2016 (install was sometime in late 2017 by another unknown company). Steve found numerous installation problems to include bad/loose/faulty wiring which could have caused major damage to either the unit or the condo itself. Also installed improperly were the amperage unit in the circuit breaker and Mr. Fitzgerald repeatedly had to endure the high heat in the condo attic to correct further problems (improper wiring) in the air handler unit. Mr. Fitzgerald also found water (still from the flood) in the wiring lines leading out to the main a/c unit and corrected that problem by re-wiring said unit. After completion of this odd/heavy duty job Mr. Fitzgerald explained all he had to do (to include pulling new wiring from breaker box, through the wall and outside into the main unit). Mr. Fitzgerald was the proper man for said job as he demonstrated his abilities to operate in small spaces, watery conditions (in the wiring line to the main unit) and his ability to operate upstairs in the attic. Finally, Mr. Fitzgerald was able to pinpoint all additional problems with unit, performed all corrections magnificently and without fail.
