ID temp at 78, check system operation and found low suction pressure. Added 2 lbs R410A and no rise in pressure. Check static pressure and leak search. Static pressures are high (.78) . No refrigerant leaks detected. Recommend new TXV. Currently producing 66* at supply plenum. 12* TD. Request parts quote asap.
