Thank you very much Bay Heating &Air. Unfortunately our home had been struck by Lightening last Monday night. Your service team came right to our rescue as our recently purchased air conditioner was effected by this weather event. Your service man worked diligently throughout the day after the lighting storm to restore and repair our air conditioner. As you well know it can get very hot here in Florida, and last Tuesday was no exception. The repairman was polite, and informed us as to what steps he was taking to get our equipment repaired perfectly. And since our air. Conditioner was under warranty we did not have to pay any money for this Outstanding service. thank you again for your continued great customer service.
