When I returned service dept voice mail to schedule fan motor install, Patty said someone would be dispatched during the afternoon. NO SHOW/NO CALL (I was home all afternoon thru 8:00pm). When I called and complained morning of 5/23, Tonya gave a mild apology and wanted to re-schedule the repair for afternoon of 5/23, I demanded a morning dispatch, which was granted. I have received no explanation of the 5/22 NO SHOW/NO CALL, which accounts for the ratings below. Get your act together.
