Shane was knowledgeable, highly competent, efficient, and personable. I could not ask for better home service. The service scheduling was none of these things. Scheduling contacted me on Tuesday, made my annual appointment on Thursday for 1400 hrs. Nobody showed up so at 1600 hrs so I contacted scheduling and was told some body would be coming. Nobody did or called. Next morning scheduling denied I even had an appointment! Said I must have called another company!! Totally unacceptable. Like I forgot having Bay Area Air for over 25 years??
