First called Bay Area last year because air compressor stopped working. Tom came the same day and fixed the problem quickly and economically. Tom told us that our system was 12 years and that the life of the unit was about 12 - 15 years but that the system was cooling fine. Tom was very courteous and made a good impression for Bay Area with us, Steve came on July 31, 2018 because our system stopped. It was the fan and we needed to have a new fan put in. We went over our options with Steve and decided that because of the age of our system and frankly, it was an inefficient one, that we would purchase a new system. We are very happy with our decision and the installation went without a hitch.
